Seems Fish & Chips would be in order for this TD...:biggrin1:

There is a pub in my town that serves up a killer Haddock and chips. The place is owned by brits. Their's is the absolute best I have had outside of Britain.

I would love to replicate it, but I'm not confident I can.

Maybe they will teach me if I buy enough British ales.
