CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING!

How about something along the lines of 2012 Summer Olympics. Go for the Gold. Make a meal representing any country competing in the Olympics.

There is a pub in my town that serves up a killer Haddock and chips. The place is owned by brits. Their's is the absolute best I have had outside of Britain.

I would love to replicate it, but I'm not confident I can.

Maybe they will teach me if I buy enough British ales.
