I guess I'll throw my hat in the ring!

When we travel, we always look for a microbrewery.
We'll try out a flight of craft beer, and an appetizer or two.
I got to thinking, why not a flight of appetizers?

So here we are. All inspired by Meat Church yootoobs videos.
From left to right, Shrimp Brochette, Bacon Onion Rings, my Kewpi/Gochujang sauce, Texas Twinkies and finally, Pig Shots.

It would be hard to choose a favorite, but if I had to, I'd probably have to say the shrimp.
The sauce went with everything!
The lime was great on the Twinkies and Pig Shots to cut through the richness of the cream cheese.
