Almost done...

Put some Mushroom & onions on the Lg BGE

Cooked them down a bit.

Add the jus from the beef

Pull the beef

Put the biscuits on

Add the beef to the mushrooms & onions

Biscuits are done.

Doesn't look fabulous, but this was awesome! :becky:

Hmmm... Supposed to have the folks over this weekend. Have never cooked a chuckie, but may have to give it a shot. I can fark things up pretty well and they still think it tastes good. :shocked:
