Cooked an 11lb brisket yesterday with a bunch of other stuff. Brisket and pork shoulder are in the cooler with a heat pad for eating today. Used an unorthodox method on the brisket. At least I never heard of doing it, which ain`t sayin` much......... Film at eleven.
