Nice smoker. I hope to be joining you soon. I'm starting to get things figured out. Still waiting on a few custom ideas to see if Chad can pull them off, and I can still afford it. I think if it works out people will want it as well. I don't want to say anything until its done.

Nice smoker and the folks at STL BBQ are great to work with. Love Grant Farms. Used to take the kids there when I was stationed at Scott. Love that whole area. We lived between New Baden and Trenton.
