Just getting crazy posting all the time, lol.

Pastrami on today. It's almost done. Got collards ready to pressure cook in a while and a couple random cans of beans with bbq seasoning to heat up.

I loosely follow this recipe for collards and it turns out well.

Was a fun cooking day. Still busy but everything was great. Boys both liked the greens, whereas last time one hated them.

They both love the pastrami......at least for now. The one who is in Kindergarten always wants to take the leftovers for his lunch, which I love and will let him take it every day this week if he wants.

People tend to discuss cooking turnip greens or collard greens.
Try mixing the two together and have the best of both worlds.
Thank me later.

Don't forget the cornbread and pepper sauce.

Heck yeah, I'd take two plates of that. I have some collards that I need to cook that my dad gave me out of his garden.
