Turkey on the Egg

12lb turkey on the med Green Egg. Didn't want to go get the large egg out of the trailer. Outside temp dropped to 45 degrees, 20+ mph winds and starting to sprinkle. Egg chuggin along at 350.

Pot of turkey stock started on the stove. House already smells great, and i'm the only one awake.

80 degrees and cloudy here. But the cold front is in Dallas...won't be long now.

Dropped another 10 to 35 degrees outside. Bird is almost done.
