Some Venison Backstrap w/ pron

My cousin gave me the backstrap from a small deer he killed. I saw a fellow Brethren made some the other day but couldn't find the thread so I did the best I could. I seasoned with Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks, some garlic powder and kosher salt the cut into medallions. I added about a cup of butter to the cast iron, dredged in flour and cooked for 2-3 min per side until they were 120-125 according to my super fast and accurate red thermapen. Very tender and delicious. Thanks fellow Brethren for the idea.
