Throw your corn on the grill in the husk without doing anything to them. Grill on medium high heat while turning a little every 3 or 4 minutes until some of the husk is charred. this takes around 15 minutes. Pull off grill and remove shuck and silk. The shuck and silk comes right off very easy.

The easiest way for me is to soak whole in some water for about 10 minutes. Then grill rotating till the husks are browning/black. Remove and cut the end off with the nipple (Maybe 1/2" off the actual cobb). Squeeze from the other end (Hairy end) and the cobb should slide right out with no hair on what so ever. It is messy though i try to set up right over a trash can.

keep in husk, soak for a few minutes, wrap in tin foil, throw in the grill, indirect for about 20-30min.

I soak whole for a few hours or sometimes overnight. Grill with husk on. Shuck, then return to the grill for caramelizing. Take off the grill and add mayo, chipotle, chili powder, and parmesan cheese.
