Three chicken thighs with Dizzy Pig Fajita-ish

Smoking away with Hickory for 45 min.



The three on top are seasoned with Dizzy Pig Fajita-ish the other three are Southern Flavor

Served with Swiss Chard and Succotash that Jackie cooked up on the stove
This meal another keeper

Looks great to me, I had to Google Succotash, appears that we eat it here.
 
Ross - did you have a preference of rubs?
I'm a big fan of the Southern Flavor seasoning. I'll buy as much as I can when I head through Alabama every couple of years. Great as a steak seasoning, don't know if I've tried it on chicken. Their Cajun version doesn't suck.

They both are very good but different. I found Southern Flavor in Selma Alabama 1999 I was working on a Movie Blue Sky with Jessica Lange and Tommy Lee Jones I have been ordering it since then
