My Good Phriend Carina and her Hubby were eating at my place tonight...I haven't ate with them for quite a while.
I hadn't much time to prep the Phoods...I also wanted to throw a part of an animal on the grill that's recognizable but not too small.:becky:
The leg layed in a marinade that I Doctored up with the jerk paste from yesterday.

Leg of lamb and smoked tater salad...
