Since BB's always seem like dry pork chops to me, that's a definite plus.:clap2:
 
Speaking of SirPorkaLot...Harvest Brine on pork chops will blow you away. No other seasoning needed. Super tasty and juicy. Thinking about brining some BB for about 2-3 hours ...... saucing the ribs toward the end of the cook. Maybe use a no-salt rib rub too but perhaps not needed.
