Well been seeing few things about smoked meatloaf , and bologna cubbs. Admitty ive never done ethier so had put this on my to do list. Sunday felt like the a good day for some comfort food. This turned out AMAZING , i never knew bologna could tatse this good ! Meatloaf .....ummm family was spechless it was soooo good ! Hit both these with kosmos Q dirty bird , right on point ! The jeaulus devil charcole did its thing providing that clean BTUs an smoke , used apple wood to flavor these with. Knocked it out the park !
