Neighbor (the pastor I'm cookin' for) came over and brought a 6 pk of Alaskan Amber. There is one more I'm about to pop open. Then I might have me some bourbon :wink:

New meaning to "doing the Lord's work". Thoughtful man of the cloth.

All meat is off, wrapped and resting in a cooler. Finished a bit early. Foiled everything around 8 since I was nervous about taking the briskest the whole way unwrapped since my best briskets have been when wrapping.

Mid 70s when I started this cook and mid 20s and a sleet storm now...
