Found a pork roast in the freezer. About a year and a half old, some freezer burn. A sacrifice! Just plopped it onto the top rack, and tossed some sort of rub on it. Should help the seasoning.
 
Everyone and everything says run top vent wide open..I found it is easier to control lower temps with tv slightly to half closed....just saying.
