Thanks - certainly not my original idea though. I've limited mobility so when I'm not cooking I spend a lot of time watching others cook on YouTube and I'm sure I've seen meatchurch, chud, LA Herencia, Malcolm, etc all make some version of these jalapeño poppers. I just made them oversized with a bunch of garlic
