What's Cookin

I spun a chicen on the rotisserie. Came out much better than the last one. The last one was an 8# monster and the breast got waaaayyyy over done before the thigh joint reached 180. This one was under 5# and the cooking was a lot more even. I think the closer proximity of the bigger bird to the cooking element overdid the breast more.

For future reference, smaller birds on the gasser from now on for me.

No proper cooking for me, I spent the Sat AM digging out yet another tree stump and had to stop after 2 hours due to the shingle being hard work in the heat, but managed to grill a few chicken portions and some breakfast sausages, then spent the afternoon drawing a garden plan and designing the new garden. Sunday I spent playing Woodsball (paintball) in which we were victorious over a larger team 66-24...

My son and I spent the Father's day with my dad brewing 25 gallons of beer. Didn't get a chance to que, but we still had a great time.
