Hot dog: Usually mustard and Dill (not sweet) relish.
Brat: mustard and sauerkraut
Hamburger: Ron's seasoned salt and mustard. Maybe cheddar cheese, onion's, tomato.
 
Dogs: ketchup, spicy mustard, chopped onions, and dill relish.

Burgers: sliced tomato and red onion, lettuce, smoked colby jack cheese, bacon, spicy mustard, ketchup and sometimes mayo.

Oh come on, bbq sauce is just like any other seasoning or sauce. As long as it compliments the dish and doesn't take over it can be great on a lot of things.

Might help with this.

Onions grilled with a little butter on the Blackstone until they are dark.....and I mean really dark! Works on Burgers and Dogs! A little mustard too.
