Pork Butt and rib roast

King crab legs, beef tenderloin, yukon golds, asparagus, and french onion soup.

If you don't hear from me for a couple of days you'll know why!
 
King crab legs, hand cut fries, coleslaw. Tomorrow, Pork and sauerkraut and smoked sausage, German style with apples, onion and caraway seeds.
 
10 pounds of grilled chicken breasts.

I figure, I'll get them ALL out of the way today....then
won't need to mess with them again until next New
Years Resolution Day.:tsk:

jk...I actually like grilled chicken breasts and am
making pineapple grilled boobs today.
 
ABTs: chorizo sausage cream cheese/pepper jack stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon: dusted with rib rub
smoked at 300 for 1 hr (flipped the ABTs at 30 min)


 
I've got 2 cookers currently going with different types of wings on each. On the Performer I have about 25 wings marinated in a Teriyaki sauce and on the MAK pellet grill I have about 25 wings with The Rub Co's Hot Wing rub. I made a marinade out of the hot rub by adding a ton of it to a couple beers. We will see....
