ABTs: chorizo sausage cream cheese/pepper jack stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon: dusted with rib rub
smoked at 300 for 1 hr (flipped the ABTs at 30 min)
I've got 2 cookers currently going with different types of wings on each. On the Performer I have about 25 wings marinated in a Teriyaki sauce and on the MAK pellet grill I have about 25 wings with The Rub Co's Hot Wing rub. I made a marinade out of the hot rub by adding a ton of it to a couple beers. We will see....
