Since I didnt get to the chicken and ribs yesterday doing those today. Got a friends party next Saturday for about 30 folks we are bringing food for.

So with leftover pork and brisket this should cover it.

If my potatoes looked half as good as this I would well respected. Can you share, or.... maybe to a YT video?

I just roast them at about 425-450 for maybe 45mins total. I turn them every 15mins.

It had to be the twins. Since Uncle was busy taking care of everything else and drinking IPAs. :mrgreen: great thread and great looking food. Happy birthday to the little one!
