Well I got her home and fired her up yesterday to get a feel for fires/temps. Surprisingly everything went really well! I figured with that success I may as well throw some ribs on today and go for it.

So here is what I have so far. I have all Hickory, getting some oak this week.

Getting the fire going with the propane assist:

Fire ready to cook:

Temps stabilized:

Then Lastly for now ribs on!
