Waiting On Taco Bell...I'm Bringing Mexican Pizza Back

Mexican pizza was about the only thing I liked from Taco Bell. What better time to bring it back then now since we have the Fast Food Throwdown going on

Made refried beans from scratch

Then got the cooking on the ground beef filling

Made it my way a little :-D

Toasted large 14" tortillas

Layer of beans

Cheese

And the seasoned ground beef. The whole lb of it

The crown tortilla topped with more cheese

Tomatoes, peppers, pickled jalapenos, sour cream and of course some Taco Bell sauce :becky:

And done

Brought out the mezzaluna for neat slices

Beats Taco Bell any day!!
