I don't know if those could fly but I'd hit that chorizo all day it looks good and chunky similar to Portuguese chouriço.

You can see it has skin on it, and no pesky bones to mess with. It really is the perfect chicken wing.

Although I usually don't, that wing photo is probably the BEST food photo I've ever taken. It's also the first time I've ever used a garnish I think.
