That's just how i like mine. Not fall apart, just the right amount of tooth feel, and thin coat of sauce/glaze. IMO ribs should have a sauce or glaze. Not a fan of dry rubbed ribs.
 
Yeah, I thought the picture with the bluebird sky and the smoker turned out better than the ribs, but Itsdone called my hand.
