Teriyaki Chicken

Bob, forgive me from departing from your recipe somewhat. I added a little fish sauce, sesame oil and seeds. And maybe some jalapenos, diced for heat. This will marinate over night. Thanks again for directions, brother.

Hey, it sounds good to me, a recipe is just a starting point. I like the use of fish sauce, it is something I use a lot of. I use the Phu Quoc stuff myself although there is a similar product from Japan, if you are there. I look forward to your results.
 
awesome. This is how i had my first rib eye steak at home when i was about 7 years old. My mom marinated it in kinkomens teriyaki sauce. amazing. Im glad youposted this. it looks awesome and dang good to.
