surf & turf w/ a twist

well it was going to be steak & shrimp but since da wife was @ the store i had her pick me up some poblanos,chorizo,& queso fresco(a mild goat cheese).

n.y. strips marinated in balsamic vin,worchy,bolner's fajita spice,uncle chris,steak seasoning,&garlic powder.

shrooms&garlic in butter.

shrimp in wine w/ evoo & old bay brand garlic & herb.
smoked the shrimp & chorizo then diced & mixed w/ the cheese & quick grilled the stuffed peppers.:thumb:

done over r.o. lump,mesquite,& apple.
