Dinner: Sticky Ribs, Basil rice and asparagus.
Back ribs with an Asian style rub (Q-Salt, Gingery Orange seasoned salt and 5-spice).
Smoked for 2 hours on the Shirley patio smoker
Then braised in foil for an hour with house-made “sticky sauce”.
Sliced:
Served over basil rice with asparagus
