Take that you Farkanaut Farkers!

I picked up a small sirloin roast today and the wife said she would like to have fajitas. Not knowing the real difference between Carna Asada, fajitas, or just plain tacos; This is what I did:

Started with the four pound top Sirloin, Marinated with Clementine juice, garlic, cilantro, black pepper, Lowry seasoned salt, and EVOO. (Marinated for two hours) Placed on the grill with a pablano and some other onions and peppers. I also made a black-bean and corn salsa which had great flavors.

Let stand, before slicing in thin slices.

Topped a warm flour tortilla with sour cream, shredded cheese, onion, green pepper, roasted poblano, corn salsa and plenty of sirloin. Tasted great, I had three! (Entry photo below!)
