I want to cook out. Wife wants salmon patties. Not what I expected (nor wanted) however If I’m going to eat ‘em I’m going to cook ‘em. Opened a can of black top salmon and removed skin and squeezed the hell out of the moisture till dry. Added Worcestershire, Sadie’s Hot Salsa, couple eggs some garlic salt and paprika. Crushed crackers and rolled in Panko. Cooked those on The Blackstone Tabletop. Fired up the ASF Tabletop and made some ABT’s. Cream cheese Colby and crumbled Fatty seasoned with Sucklebusters. Almost a fail as the Bacon was to thin. Affected presentation but not taste nor texture.

Looks delicious to me! Those patties wouldn't have been my first idea either, but sounds and looks like you knocked them out of the park!

That jalapeno corer looks awesome too
 
BTW- I’m not the maker and don’t know the maker. There are a couple of BBQ Pro Shops I occasionally visit. Both have had these for sale by the cash registers.
