Smoked Hot Dog Pickle Pizza Tonight

With all the hotdogs I made this week I figured pizza would be a fun route to use them. Brisket pickle is a favorite pizza of ours so changing out for hot dogs should work nicely.

I've never had pickles on pizza...but they will definitely be on my next one. There is a local hot dog joint here that is pretty popular. I see a lot of people get pickles on their hot dogs. I haven't tried it yet, but it's on my list

That looks really good. I would have never thought of putting hot dogs or pickles on a pizza but might try it now. I wonder how it would come out using BBQ sauce.

Pickles on pizza is just amazing. Works great with any meat. Love it with brisket and pastrami especially, but great with pork and chicken too.
