Haven't made a stuffed fatty in a long time, figured I'd give it a go AND I had a hankering for a pizza. Lots of questions about fatty's on the forum recently, so I thought I'd add extra pics along the way.
Spicy Italian sausage rolled out, pizza sauce, veg, pepperoni and of course cheese.
Mushroom, onion, garlic, green peppers
Roll it into a log and into the fridge for a while.
Trying to decide on a rub and figured Shiitake Mushroom would be good for pizza.
We'll see how this goes, seems a little hollow inside, afraid It'll either collapse on itself or I'll get a blowout, but we'll see. Onto the Big Joe indirect with a couple chunks of post oak.
Yep, minor blowout so far, think I probably rolled it too thin. But hasn't collapsed. :thumb:
Got a little bit darker than I wanted
Found a package of frozen dinner rolls in the feezer... Looks like they'd work for mini pizza crusts.
Crust, more sauce, pizza fatty and extra cheese!

Plated up. Tasted like pizza with extra, extra, extra sausage. Good Stuff!
