Smoked, Braised, pulled Beef - A Burrito

braised over poblano, pasilla, jalapeno with some beer and Stubbs green chili sauce

rolled up seared off and covered with more stubbs and cheese

back in the smoker

done and topped with a little sour cream

watching my loosers, but we won

pretty farkin good, thanks for looking
