Well, the bread came out good. I think I've done better but no complaints

Chopped up the short ribs

I mean.....Talk about moist

Over homemade tortillas from a local store

Dressed with salsa, guac, pico and pickled jalapenos

Then I remembered I had some Franklin ribs :doh:

Pics don't do justice how moist and dripping these ribs were

Perfect bite through

Served with bbq's beans and jalapenos

I couldn't have done better IMHO. Thanks for looking!
