Plan was brisket and ribs only but it evolved from there. Bro showed up and did ceviche, cocktails. Friends brought ahi tuna, niece and nephew flew in wanted burgers, desserts starting coming in....... it was a crazy but fun day.

I had to smoke two cigars after to digest all the food :laugh: and drinks
