Hello all. After taking Harry Soo's Backyard Pitmaster 101 class in January 2010, I seem to have caught the BBQ bug. I have a Stoked 18.5 WSM and have been cooking pretty much every weekend since. I took a KCBS CBJ class in Tucson late last year and have judged one event. I have helped on a team twice as well. I am hoping to start competing on my own this year as well. Peter
