So here's an update on our food truck venture...
First truck we leased was a bit unreliable, so bought our own truck in March - 1998 with all the equipment we needed - Pix with our new graphics. The food truck community has been a huge help, and we have several "resident" spots now each week, combined with corporate events, public events, a Farmer's Market or two - All adds up to having the truck out 5-6 days a week from 10A to 10P. Using the Cookshack at our commercial kitchen to crank out the BBQ, and rounded the menu out with some additional favorites. A lotta work, but a lotta fun. Have met a lot of nice people, and continue to build the business every week. All in all, glad we did it.
