Last Friday I wanted to grill some tilapias when Maribel comes home and said did you buy enough oil? 😂 Again my plans changed. Took out our cast iron disc and fried some tilapias.

Seasoned with garlic salt and a local seafood seasoning.

This is a family favorite for sure and to be honest it was my best so far.

Poor fish is right!

I'd feel so bad for it I'd eat every bite! :biggrin1:

Wow! That plate reminds me of my grandfather. We would go to a restaurant in Juarez and he would order the black bass....fried up, just like that. Brought back some memories for sure! Red snapper is good that way too.
