Local store finally had some, so I bought several packages. Sliced up in about 1.5" pieces, some simple seasoning and onto the grill.

Good stuff. Served up with some taters & brussels. And prickly pear margaritas. They're early this year, normally they don't show up until mid August.

Looking good! I still need to try out Picanha to see what all the buzz is about for myself.
 
Not the way I do it but it looks awesome regardless. I cook it as a roast after scoring the fat cap like a crossword puzzle and then I do a brisket salt and pepper rub and let it roll Malcom Reed style.
