Saturday I cooked some pieces of tenderloin and ate it with parsnip potato puree and peas.
Tenderloin was rubbed with Dizzy Pig's Raising the Steaks and Todd's dirt.
Parsnip,potato and peas were cooked in chicken bouillon which was made out of water,chicken bones and Lawry's seasoned salt...

Good lookin' meal Phubar! I'd love to try that purée. Heck, even the peas look good - and I hate peas! Nice job!


The puree is very good with the parsnip I must say.
I always get the Phrozen peas instead of the ones in jar or can...I don't like those cause they have lost their crispness from sitting in juice.
 
Loving the color of that pork and I would totally hit those taters & peas as well! :hungry:

Tenderloins are great - a quick, awesome meal. :cool:
