Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some advice on an offset smoker. Ideally I would like a 120 gallon tank smoker or potentially a 250 gallon. I have done research on a couple major players such as Meadow Creek, Fat Stack, and Moberg. The Fat Stack 120 has stood out to me, but shipping is a killer to get it to the east coast. I was wondering if anyone knows other pit makers based on the east coast, that way shipping isn’t a killer. Or if you have any other suggestions etc.
