This year with a ton of diced veggies. Onion, pepper, zucchini and yellow squash, eggplant, and Roma tomatoes.

Duck is seasoned with salt, pepper, and Todd’s Dirt.

SV at 132, then onto a hot Weber. That fat gits er goin.
