Great looking meal there JM! I agree on walmart beef. The only meat I have found that is decent there is cryovac pork and beef. Definitely have to try the sliced onions. Congrats on a great meal!

last time I was at a walmart to buy steaks, I didn't see any I liked and drove about 40 miles out of the way to a butcher shop that I know is pretty good
