New guy from Augusta, GA

Hey y'all... new guy here from Augusta, GA. Just found this site and thought I
would join in on the fun. Have been grilling and using smokers for a few years,
most recently on a Charbroil Gas grill but my beautiful bride just bought me a
large Big Green Egg. Man what a wife.. got to love it when they buy us toys....
I wonder if there is an ulterior motive... hmm.. oh well.. off to get the BGE ready
for an overnighter... a butt and a brisket.. will be seasoning with some DP Ragin
River and Swamp Venom on the brisket.
