Sliced Hot links-previous Grill
Celery-Onion-Garlic
Trader Joe’s Chili Powder & Lawry’s not much just some
Bush’s Pintos
Chicken Stock
3 Tablespoons KC Masterpiece Original
1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Going to simmer till thick. Spoon over Frito for her, chicharrones for me
Top with shredded cheese, jalapeño and a drizzle of QSauce

Amen! And I'll throw in a couple of hallelujah's. That would be tasty any time. Pass the plate, not for collection, but a donation of a serving of that!
 
Never substituted pig skins for Fritos but sounds smart to me...

Being a chipoholic I have zero control around corn & potato chips. I can’t eat just one. Pork skins satisfy the crunch somewhat without the carbs. Kind of an eat this not that situation.
