Anybody got a tried and true recipe for making the adobo sauce?
i keep them in a gallon plastic ziplock baggie, not ziplocked. i grind them up and sprinkle on whatever needs some heat. nope, i've never tried the adobo sauce... yet :biggrin:

I get all of my "I want to try" recipes from RecipeZaar.com. Unlike most recipe sites, they not only give the star ratings, but also a count of the number of ratings as well as short feedback. That way, if a recipe is 5*s but only has one rating, you might want to try the one with 5*s and 200 ratings. Then, you know its gonna be good. And you know what? Its almost always turned out that way. Thats why I said its a trusted source.:wink:
