Mexican pulled pork tacos with pron updating with cook

Man, I just finished off my last bit of ribs from yesterday and you got me hungry all over again.
 
The flavour of the pork alone was milder than I thought but very moist and the bark was soft from wrapping. after pulling I ended up adding a little taco seasoning that is a liquid kind of like enchilada sauce, and that combo was amazing. I will make this again for sure.
