Look at that pork chop, that bone-in loin chop with back fat

Oh, there it is on the grill, all nice and cozy with some zucchini. Seared and then smoked over apple wood at 300F for an hour or so.

Ooooo, my pretty pretty pork chop...and you friends garlic toast and zuchinni grilled up with a little home made seasoning salt.

And of course, the sliced shot showing the inside of that pork chop. This was an incredible pork chop.

What fat? That is, as far as I am concerned, a pork chop, I do not discriminate on a piece of meat that good. I tried eating the bone it was so tasty.

On edit: I have to say that is maybe the best picture of a hunk of meat I have taken and the best of a pork chop for sure.

Nice!! So sad when folks cut the fat off a nice chop or steak and just push it off to the side of the plate and just leave it there all by itself, all sad and lonely. It's a shame and a crime I tell ya!! You did that chop right! Thanks.
