Didnt get any pics of the Boston Butt......... Smoker held the temp between 250 & 275 like I wanted it to. I just didn't have enought charcoal in the fire basket to keep the temp so I ended up finishing it in the oven. Still turned out very good.
Going to smoke a brisket this weekend and I will get pictures of this to share.
 
Cool man sounds like you got the temps figured out. Couple more cooks and you'll be able to cook on it with your eyes closed.
