Hello all, newb here from Fayetteville, NC. I've always enjoyed eating BBQ, but never been much of a BBQ-er. I have looked at smokers off and on over the years because I've wanted to get into smoking meats and other things, but just never bit the bullet. I recently discovered pellet grills and purchased a PG500. I never knew it could be this easy!!
So now that I'm almost 41 years old and just starting this adventure, I've got a lot of catching up to do. Being that I'm a beginner, I'm mostly here to learn but hopefully over time, I will be able to contribute and share knowledge with others.
If any of you are in the Fayetteville area, let me know. I'd love to know some folks locally that could give me pointers. And if you have a pellet grill/smoker, maybe we could do some group buys on pellets.
